Add a domain just for auction

No ordinary sale listing is required. Auction-only names stay out of the main sales catalogue and do not accept private sales enquiries.

  1. Add the domain to your dashboard as Auction only.
  2. Copy your unique _dab-verification TXT record into your DNS provider, or choose Can’t verify using DNS? and explain why. For UK domains, supply the current registrar TAG. DAB can check ownership manually.
  3. Click Check ownership. Once verified, DAB reviews the submission.
  4. After approval, choose Start / manage auction, set your starting bid, closing date and reserve, and confirm launch. DNS ownership is checked again before launch, or your approved manual verification is used.

You can keep your current nameservers. Forwarding is optional; after launch, share your DAB auction link.

All bids are in GBP, increasing in £50 steps. A reserve must be at least the starting bid. Terms lock on launch, even with no bids. Only DAB administrators can cancel a launched auction. Read the rules before launching.
